Attractive rural setting, nicely treed, landscaped and only 25 minutes from Penticton. Includes renovated owner’s double wide. Tenants are mainly seniors and long-time residents. Rents increase have not been given on regular basis and are low compared to other area parks. Park has had numerous upgrades over last 7 years. Most homes in the park are newer. Room for expansion. Very nice little park.
